It consists of a 1 storey building, four tennis courts, two paddel courts and 14 uncovered parking spaces.
The building includes a tennis club, patio, hall, restaurant/bar, office, storage room, changing rooms and sanitation accommodation for clients and terrace with porch.
The aim is to create yet another quality leisure alternative, associated with a social intercourse area.
