Rules
1. The Bom Sucesso Card (hereinafter designated as “card”) materializes a collection of advantages regarding access to facilities, belonging to the complex and those outside of it, as well as other benefits, such as discounts and commodities in establishments and services outside of the resort.
2. The card is given to the proprietors of the housing units in the resort and to all of their immediate family (partner and children). In case the proprietor is a company, the card will be given to one person indicated by this company and their immediate family.
3. Title to the card is transferred together with the property to which it relates
4. The card, at least in its basic configuration, is free of any annual charge. In the future, however, a monthly or annual charge may be implemented, if the management of the card and respective advantages require so.
5. The card guarantees permanent advantages to its owner, regarding access in privileged conditions to the Golf Club, exempt from any initial deposit, as well as to future other clubs at the resort. It will also have periodical access advantages, in privileged conditions to facilities located in the region, during the periods in which said advantages will have been negotiated by Acordo, as well as a collection of discounts and commodities, which will evolve over time, though it is expected that the benefits gained each year will surpass any benefits eventually lost.
6. Acordo is exclusively responsible for the selection and negotiation of the card’s annual benefits, but should, whenever possible, take into account the suggestions of the proprietors.
7. The owner agrees to display the card in order to benefit from its services.
